- Partner inquiries. If you represent a community or professional service, we collect the business contact information you provide.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not collect sensitive information beyond what you voluntarily share to help us understand your care situation.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your requests and provide free placement guidance.
- To connect you with our advisors at CarePatrol Chandler/Gilbert, who provide placement services.
- To share your care needs with the specific communities you agree to consider — and no one else.
