Our privacy promise

East Valley Senior Living ("we," "us") is a free educational resource for families, operated as a service of CarePatrol Chandler/Gilbert. We have one simple rule: your information is never sold, and it is shared only with the senior living communities you choose to consider.

Information we collect

Information you choose to give us includes:

• Request forms. When you submit a placement help or information request, we collect your name, contact details, and details about your family's care needs, timeline, and budget so our advisors can help you.
• Local cost estimate requests. Our published cost report and comparison worksheet are free to use without a form. If you ask for a personalized estimate, the request form collects your contact details so an advisor can follow up.
• Partner inquiries. If you represent a community or professional service, we collect the business contact information you provide.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not collect sensitive information beyond what you voluntarily share to help us understand your care situation.

Website measurement

When website analytics is enabled, we measure visits and successful request submissions separately from clicks on phone links. These event details include the public page, a limited landing-page identifier, and a broad source such as Google or a referral. Our custom events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes, messages, health details, worksheet entries, or arbitrary URL parameters.

Worksheet calculations stay in your browser. Our custom-event code respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. Clicking a phone link is counted only as a click, not as a completed conversation.

How we use your information

• To respond to your requests and provide free placement guidance.
• To connect you with our advisors at CarePatrol Chandler/Gilbert, who provide placement services.
• To share your care needs with the specific communities you agree to consider — and no one else.
• To send you the resources you request, such as our cost report.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never share your information with data brokers or lead-selling networks.
• We never send your details to communities without your knowledge.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to help your family and to meet our legal obligations. Access is limited to our local advisory team. If you would like your information updated or deleted, contact us and we will take care of it.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Simply reach out through our contact page.
