How we work
East Valley Senior Living is a service of CarePatrol Chandler/Gilbert. Our services are 100% free for families.
- We listen: We ask about care needs, budget, preferred location, and what matters to the person receiving care.
- We help you compare: We suggest communities to consider and explain how their services and prices fit your needs.
- We join you on tours: We help you ask about staffing, care, fees, and what happens if needs change. The decision is yours.

Lee owns and leads a senior placement service serving Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, and the East Valley side of Phoenix. He helps families compare independent living, assisted living, memory care, and in-home care based on their needs and preferences, and joins them on community tours. His experience finding care for a family member in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, led him to this work.

Ashley has lived in the East Valley for more than 35 years. She brings personal caregiving experience to her work with older adults and families: supporting her mother through cancer, helping her grandmother move into long-term care, and caring for her daughter, who has daily medical needs. She understands how much families may be managing while looking for care.

If you submit a request, CarePatrol Chandler/Gilbert may contact you by phone, email, or SMS as described in the form's consent. Your details are shared only with the specific communities you choose to consider.
Why our help is free to families
Families do not pay for our placement help. Partner communities pay us when a family chooses to move in. Our recommendations may not include every available community. Ask which options are partner communities, how we are paid, and how each recommendation fits your needs and budget. You can also compare communities independently.
