Lee owns and leads a local senior placement service serving the East Valley of Phoenix — Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, and the East Valley side of Phoenix. He listens carefully to each family's needs, concerns, and preferences before recommending appropriate levels of care such as Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or In-Home Care, and he tours East Valley communities in person with the families he serves. Lee went through the same daunting experience himself when he helped find care for a family member in Mt. Vernon, IL — an experience that gave him the passion he has today for helping families.

She has a heart for seniors and for families suddenly thrust into a new world of medical care and end-of-life planning, and she brings firsthand experience caring for loved ones in medically fragile situations — walking through a cancer diagnosis with her mother, caring for her grandmother as she transitioned into long-term care, and supporting her daughter, who has daily medical needs. She loves her community and knows the East Valley like the back of her hand.
